I take a lot of pride in my creations and each one is handcrafted by me using simple methods and tools.

I was born in the small rural town of Yorkville Illinois in the mid 60’s and grew up on 68 acres that fostered my love and respect of nature.

The strong influence of my Grandparents ignited my creativity at a very young age. My Grandmother was a painter, seamstress and avid nature lover; my Grandfather a carpenter, machinist, electrician and a man who could build and fix anything. I loved spending time with them and learned that a tree is more than green and brown and to the amazing things we could do with tools in my Grandfathers shop (pictured in the background). I started creating things as soon as I could hold a hammer and I have never stopped!

I am often commissioned by people who aren’t really sure exactly what they want but have a few ideas. This gives me freedom to wander into unknown and unlimited regions of my own creativity and produce outstanding one of a kind creations.

I hope you choose to own one of my original pieces, whether it’s already for sale or is something in your mind that I can bring into reality for you.

Thanks for stopping by, have a Great Day!
